  • Once you have completed the questionnaire, it will be sent to our physician network and a doctor will carefully evaluate your symptoms and your history to make a diagnosis and send in your prescription to your pharmacy. They will also provide you with a personalized treatment plan.

  • Starfish.com offers competitive pricing for our telehealth services, which include physician diagnosis and the convenience of sending your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. We understand that the only effective way to treat infections, is with a prescription antibiotic. Our charge is solely for the professional service of diagnosing your condition and writing the prescription, akin to what you would expect at a doctor’s office. This means that the cost of the medication itself is not included. With a variety of products and services, our prices are designed to be budget-friendly while ensuring you receive the best possible care.

  • Once your consultation is complete and if a prescription is warranted, our healthcare providers will send the prescription to your chosen pharmacy within 1-2 hours.
