- Instructions: Insert 0.5g of the vaginal estrogen cream into the applicator and insert intravaginally at bedtime for 14 days, then twice weekly ongoing. Do not use with condoms for 72 hrs, as it may reduce efficacy.Ingredients: Estradiol 0.1mg per gram (0.01%), purified water, propylene glycol, stearyl alcohol, white ceresin wax, mono- and di-glycerides, hypromellose 2208 (4000 cps), sodium lauryl sulfate, methylparaben, edetate di-sodium, tertiary-butylhydroquinone and polysorbate 80.Contraindications: Avoid exposing your male sexual partner to your vaginal estrogen cream or suppository by not having sexual intercourse right after using these medicines.
